Got problems with tenants machines breaking down? Don’t worry there is good news…
Whirlpool UK have taken action to keep the business running so not only can you still get White Goods delivered to your door you can also still get great discounts on them.
In order to continue safely the following operational plans come into force with immediate effect.
– All connection services will not be completed until further notice
– 7 day delivery will reduce to 5 day’s, Monday to Friday
– Next day delivery will still be available but the order cut off time will be at 12:00
– If a customer is in self-isolation, they should book a delivery date for after the isolation period, alternatively the appliance will be delivered to the door of the property.
Any orders which have connection selected will be refunded or the customer will be given the option to postpone their order to a future date when the service is available.
These measures have been put in place inline with the government’s guidelines and to ensure the safety of our consumers and employees. We will continue to do our best to support and deliver essential appliances to our consumers.
So don’t panic if you or your tenants need a new fridge, freezer, cooker or washing machine. You can still get them next day (Mon-Fri) and in general cheaper than through Currys, AO and other retailers.
