What does Jay know about property?

Jay has been investing in property for the past 16 years. Specialising in Short lease (Flats and Houses), Commercial, Mixed Use and No Money Left in strategies. The largest deal Jay has completed was a commercial building purchased for £500,000 and sold 18 months later for £5,000,000 in 2009. He has released a book on auctions with his co-author Piotr Rusinek. Jay loves the auction and the continuous supply of opportunities they provide.
